Clonmel AC - MSD 4 Miler
Congratulations to club member Pat O'Connor who was out on the roads on St. Stephen’s Day representing the club in Clonmel AC’s MSD 4 mile race. Pat finished 42nd in a time of 24:35. Well done Pat!
Monday 27th December
Togher 5k
Great to see the always popular, Togher AC 5k race take place last Monday in Cork City.
The race had a field of nearly 500 runners and some excellent times were recorded by Eagle AC members, as can be seen from the results below.
Ken Ince and Paul Cotter led the club home with 13th and 14th place finishes respectively. The guys have had some brilliant results recently and this race proved to be no different!
Aoife Mahony was the first Eagle lady home with an excellent time of 18.46. Catherine Murphy finished not far behind with an equally impressive 19.08 run.

Jason, Siobhan and Paul represented the club at the Grange Fermoy AC New Year’s Eve 10k Road Race. Some great times recorded guys, well done!

Shandrum 5K Road Race
We had one Eagle AC representative at this 5k in East Cork on New Year’s Day. Well done to Denis who was the fist placed M60 runner.

Beaufort 10k
Very productive starts to the New Year for Pat O Connor and Richard Piotrowski by the looks of things!
The two guys headed to Beaufort , Co. Kerry on New Year’s Day to take in the Beaufort 10k, organised by Star of the Laune AC.
Pat’s time of 42 minutes earned him 29th spot with Richard’s 45.37 earning him a 46th place finish as well as top M70 placing.
Well done guys, a great start to 2022!
